My workout awaits---usually there are only a few people there this early in the morning, and today was no exception. I stretch in the parking lot, then go inside. Today I work on arms, shoulders, upper back, chest, abs and cardio. I feel good---and fatigued---when I finish. My day has begun. This is a day the Lord has made---let us rejoice and be glad in it.
with those views and that great green backyard, yippee!!!
ReplyDeleteThis is the day the Lord has made, let us rejoice and be glad in it.
ReplyDeleteAmen.
May we be mindful of this every single day.
Thanks, Clint for the scripture--I especially needed to hear it this a.m. and to be reminded to be joyful for what God has given us. I love your pics and I love East TN's cool mornings--the heat is already stifling in Dallas this a.m.
ReplyDeleteGood taste on this coffee business :) Thanks for sharing part of your new world with us. Beautiful! Love the table. Hope you two enjoy this wonderful Wednesday =)
ReplyDeleteA good workout nd nice pictures. Enjoy the days.
ReplyDeleteGreetings Sabine
Well Clint, it looks like if you stepped through those thick hedges in your yard you'd cross over into the land before time. Nice to have a buffer like that between your peaceful home and the outside world.
ReplyDeleteYour scripture reminds me of what my grandaughter Haleigh said to me one day. After my teaching her to say "this is the day the Lord has made, I will rejoyce and be glad in it," she asked "Nana, why do I have to be Joyce today?" So innocent.
Enjoy your day. Don't work too hard now!
Very nice views. So how does life in Tn compare to life in Tx?
ReplyDeleteI'm not sure there is a drink better than that first sip of coffee in the morning, and that quiet time, when the rest of the world is still asleep, is a such a nice way to ease into the day.
ReplyDeleteI hope you have a great day. Blessings...Mary
Loved the pics, and the post,

ReplyDeleteOh yes....coffee is the first thing in the morning. You can say a must :-))
ReplyDeleteYou have really found a beautiful place.
Greetings to you and Cindy
Sounds like a typical day in my world as well! Mom and I are still trying to get things put away from our move a couple months ago...just takes time to get comfy and give things their own little place in a new home.
ReplyDeleteBlessings to you & Cindy!
Now blogger allows me to leave a comment here - good!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful spring morning over at your place... I enjoyed the pictures.
I am sure that the sense of newness refreshes you - body, soul and spirit.
Indeed, this is the day that the Lord has made. May His joy never leave you, even when things are not so easy.
Blessings
Lidj
Looks like a nice area to live. BTW- I still have a lot of boxes I never opened after my last move almost 2 years ago.
ReplyDeleteGod bless,
Ken
